Beef and Pork
We sell our beef as whole, half or quarter steers. We sell our pork as whole or half hogs. Our animals are butchered at Roskom Meats in Kaukauna WI. Please let us know ahead of time if you are interested, so that you can reserve the beef or pork.
We sell our meat per pound hanging weight. Customers are responsible for paying us for the animal and then paying Roskoms separately for cutting and wrapping expenses.
Seasonal Products
In the summer, we grow a variety of vegetables including beets, carrots, lettuce, peas and green beans. In fall we have pumpkins, squash and fall decorations available.
